15 Shredded Cole Slaw-November,2016

Chef Maxwell’s Cole Slaw

Serves 10

Ingredients

Green Cabbage, shredded                              1  ¼ pound

Carrots, shredded                                           1  cup

Onions, sliced thin                                          ½ cup

Rice wine vinegar                                           3 Tablespoons (1 ounce)

Mayonnaise, Dukes                                         ½ cup

Granulated sugar                                             2 Tablespoons

Salt                                                                  1 ½ teaspoons

Celery seeds                                                    1 ½ teaspoons

Black pepper, ground                                      ¾ teaspoon

 

Proceedure

Combine all ingredients and chill well. This is best if made at least two hours before serving.
